Violence Awareness Programs

Our violence awareness programs are dedicated to creating safer communities and providing compassionate support for individuals impacted by domestic violence and community violence. Purple Ribbon Minority Women’s Organization understands that violence affects not only individuals, but also families, children, and entire communities. 

• Domestic Violence Awareness: An educational session raising awareness about domestic violence, its signs, and resources for support.
• Community Violence Prevention: Interactive workshops focused on strategies and tools to prevent violence and promote safety within the community.
• Crisis Intervention Support: Immediate, compassionate assistance and guidance for individuals experiencing crisis or violence.

These programs focus on education, prevention, awareness, and crisis intervention to help individuals recognize warning signs, understand available resources, and take steps toward safety. We provide safe spaces where survivors can receive support, encouragement, and guidance without fear of judgment.
